This is added through the normal way of configuring an event type by adding a field onto the section where the signature should appear. When editing an event type section there are buttons at the bottom to add this field
. You can therefore position this anywhere on the form according to the order in which this field appears in the section.

When a user is then filling in this section of the form they will see a white box within which they can provide their signature. If on a mobile or other touch sensitive device they can simply draw their signature with their finger as they would normally. If on a desktop then they can use the mouse to do the same.

Their signature is captured with the form submission and will appear within the event when viewing as normal.
