Limit the content other users can view
If you would like to restrict the content which users can see whilst viewing another person's portfolio it is possible to choose which event types are visible. This is done through the permissions and settings on an individual role page.
Whilst editing a role whenever you add the permission allow user to view the events of other users you will be given access to a further filter as shown below.
This filter allows you to choose which types of event will be visible when they view the portfolio of any user who they are connected to through this role. Clicking the add filters button will let you start choosing which events to show.
It is possible to combine multiple filters together to achieve the desired level of detail. For example, to show only exam results where the user has achieved a pass you might set a filter similar to the following:
Event type = Exam result
Blueprint = Exam result → Pass
