The default entry point into risr/advance is kaizenep.com (au.kaizenep.com or ca.kaizenep.com). When accessing this URL for the first time you will be asked to choose to which organisation you would like to login and from there proceed through the authentication process.

If you wish to provide a custom URL for your users to access risr/advance you will need to perform the following actions:

  1. Setup a DNS CNAME record from your custom URL to access.kaizenep.com (access.au.kaizenep.com or access.ca.kaizenep.com)

  2. Let us know which behaviour you would like when the user navigates to your custom URL:

    1. User lands on the risr/advance login screen with your organisation preselected

    2. User is directed immediately to your SSO identity provider

The custom URL acts solely as an alternative entry point to risr/advance. Whilst using risr/advance the application is always served from the domain kaizenep.com (au.kaizenep.com or ca.kaizenep.com).

If the user has no network connection and attempts to connect to your custom URL they will be unable to reach risr/advance. In order to access risr/advance whilst offline users will need to navigate to kaizenep.com (au.kaizenep.com or ca.kaizenep.com).
