New Features

Offline

Brings the ability to work with Kaizen directly in the browser when in areas without a network connection. You can create new events, send invitations and update your goals and have these changes automatically sync when back online.

Your account is protected by a security PIN which you will need to enable and setup for offline use.

Goals Version 2

This set of improvements brings further options in how to configure your goals. When creating the event type you choose whether the owner of the goal can add further goals to an open goal set. Also provided are a set of new permissions to allow certain users to edit and delete other users' goals.

When viewing a goal you now also see all of the other goals which exist within the set which you are viewing. This provides better context of where you are and offers easy switching between other relevant goals.

Create New Event Screen

When choosing to create a new event we now offer a standalone page which shows you all the options available. This replaces the previous way of selecting the event through a drop down on the form itself. 

Events are grouped into different areas according to any timeline categories created.

Improvements

  • Multi source responses can now be removed from an event. 

  • Added more information cards to different areas of the application

  • Changed bulk tagging from an action button to a link

  • Updated invitation field on events. There is now just one field that can be used for both internal and external invitations.

  • Implemented permissions to cover commenting on events

  • The event owner now receives an email if someone else marks or comments on one of their goals

Fixes

  • Increase db size to 50MB to make iOS happier 

  • Convert date formats on report outputs to UK

  • Fix for announcement notifications appearing when viewing someone else's profile page

  • Fixed styles in the navbar

  • Add audit log entry even when commenting on own event 

  • Fixed documents not showing on event sections 

  • Show 'invited' badge on MSF even if 0 

  • Separated suggested and further targets on the goal linking sidebar card
