New Features

  • PSD-2111 Ability to create two master blueprints

    It is now possible to tag items with OSCE and Written separately, by selecting a dimension to be applicable only to one or the other option, or choosing both options when creating dimensions.



    • If a dimension is applicable only for OSCE item it will not appear in the "Blueprinting" section of a written item view page.

    • Dimensions that are applicable for OSCE items only, will appear in the "Count as" page to select tagging for a criterion and also in the "Apply if" page for a global criterion.

    • If a dimension is applicable only for a Written item it will not appear in the "Blueprinting" section of an OSCE item, "Count as" and "Apply if" pages for observation criteria.

    • If Dimension is selected to be applicable for both item types it will appear in all above-mentioned pages accordingly and it will behave as it currently does "Applicable for items".

  • PRAC-1967 It is now possible to set ordering of SBA answers per question. : We have now implemented the ability for users to be able to define the ordering of the 'Single Best Answer' answers on a per question basis. You will find the option to choose between 'Alphanumerically' and 'As defined'. This option is available on the edit form of an SBA question, above where you input the possible answers.

Improvements

  • PSD-2330 Update exam results is a background task now.
    Previously, 'Update results' on the 'Exams marks' page regularly 'processes' for several minutes before timing out, preventing users viewing results. We have updated this task so that it runs in the background and does not prevent users from continuing to monitor the results.

  • PSD-2343 Added marking method and resolution type to the OSCE item view page.

  • PSD-2277 Adding the option to show score not just as a percentage, but as fraction also on the candidate feedback report.
    When creating the candidate feedback report, you now have the option to show the candidates score as a percentage and/or a fraction.

  • PSD-2291 Reformated examiner history report.
    We have reformatted the examiner history report. The formatting makes it much more user-friendly and has been improved with additional detailed information for each of the exams that the examiner has participated in.

  • Update to candidate feedback report - do not show correct answers for PVSA and do not show "Your answer" if no answer were provided by a candidate.

  • PSD-2335 Assign a double marking resolution of a discrete criteria to an existing answer if possible.
    When using double marking, if possible, a value will be shown for a discrete criteria. E.g. If there is a double marked exam where examiners provide a discrete answer: Excellent (3 points), Good (2), Borderline (1) and Fail(0), one examiner answers Excellent and the other Borderline and if there is an Average resolution set, the result is Good (2). If the average mark does not fit into this criteria, no value will be shown in the user interface, but there will still be a value in the data export.

    • PSD-2441 & PSD-2160 updated the Item set listing page so that:
      a) Last used date is a date of the recent exam and does not depend on the item set version
      b) Times used does not depend on the version of the item set
      c) Last used date shows the date of the particular exam day where the item set was recently used instead of the date of the push to devices.

  • PSD-2415 New graph on Exam Analysis (diet_score) report.

  • PSD-2242 Adding more details to the download of an item set. Users can now define more of the information that they would like to have in the download of the item set. Now able to include item number etc.

  • PSD-2429 Added sorting ability to the list of exams which can be combined (when creating a combined exam).

  • PSD-2431 It is now possible to combine previously combined exams. 

  • PSD-2417 Added additional settings for Examiner statistics report which allows users to build the report either from all completed sessions (default) or finalised exams only.

Fixes

  • PSD-2170 Change wording from "results" to "responses" on SAQ report.

  • PSD-2300 Fix error related to dimension pass mark when generating candidate results export.

  • PSD-2258 Fix limit for itemset solver. There was only one attempt run by the system to automatically aggregate item sets and it was not always successful. Allowed longer system results gathering.

  • PSD-2442 - Fix to always send results_changed signal when mark edit page is submitted. Previously it was never sent which potentially could have led to inconsistent MarkItem and Result tables.

  • PSD-2457 Fix for creating combined exam creation. It should automatically make sure that all the results are up to date before the results are actually combined.

  • PSD-2400 Fix rounding for the cumulative cut score.

  • PSD-2421 Display part of item summary on Item set - Add new case page. Previously it displayed the item title which duplicated the information in Item title column.

  • PSD-2424 Examiners are no longer ordered alphabetically when allocated to sessions.

  • PSD-2426 Fixed unhandled error on Count as a page - it was raised when there was an obsolete blueprint assigned as a Count as. The fix includes a handler for ms_blueprint_upgrade_map view.

  • PSD-2400 In the list of exams used for calculating a category cut score strikethrough exams where the Items are not used.

  • PSD-2408 Speed up candidate feedback report

  • PSD-2404 Fixed order of mark sheet criteria on Exam results export and on OSCE item responses export

  • PSD-2403 Fixed section name on a mark sheet preview page.

  • Fix to prevent numeric values in value_display for MultiAnswerCriteria (CPQ).

  • Fix to remove the extra table header cell from the Item set page view.

  • Fix to prevent unhandled error if wrong parameters are passed to direct report view.

  • Fix to ensure that VSAQ responses on the form are not overlapping anymore, prettify the form.

  • Fix for submitting mark sheet schema form which could raise an 'unhandled' error.

  • Fix to ensure that the PDF generator does not fail if the javascript delay is not configured in the settings.
