Resetting Exams

Sometimes, it is desired to reset an exam that has been sat. This may be due to testing the exam. 

NOTE - Resetting the exam will wipe all of the results for that exam. If you do this in error, please contact the Practique team immediately.

1. For the exam you would like to reset, go to View > View Sessions
   
   
   
2. Click 'Reset exam day'
   
   
   
   
3.  Enter the codeword to delete the exams. This is given as part of training. If you do not know this, contact the Practique team.
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
   
4. Click 'Reset exam day'. This will remove all results for that exam.
5. The exam moves back to the In Preparation stage.
