8.11 How to create and manage Reference Ranges

To enter a single Reference range

  • Click Settings from the top menu bar

  • Click Reference ranges

  • Click + Create new Reference value

  • In the free text box provided enter your Reference

  • In the free text box provided enter your Value range

    • You can use the X(square) or X(subscript) buttons to use switch between typing formats, click the button again to end the formatting and return to normal

  • Click Save Changes

 

 

To input multiple Reference ranges

  • Click Settings from the top menu bar

  • Click Reference ranges

  • Click Import Reference ranges

  • Click Choose File to select a relevant upload document

  • Click Upload file… to upload that file to the system

 

 

It is possible to click Example CSV file to download a template file which can be manipulated and then uploaded to the system. The import format required for successful upload of Reference ranges is as follows (this information is also found in the system when performing the action).

Please review the mapping in your input file and adapt if necessary

If you are importing from Excel file please make sure that the data you want to import are in the first work sheet. Don't leave empty row between items because importer would assume that there are no more items to import. The importer will process at most 1000 rows from the Excel file.
Clicking 'Import' will start the import process.

Reference (Required)

This is the reference name and it is a unique value.

Value (Required)

This is the reference range value.

First row has to contain a header: Value
